Say hello to your new favorite summer treat: Blackberry & Lemon Popsicles! Made with just 4 simple ingredients, they’re refreshing, fruity, protein-packed, and perfect for beating the heat in the healthiest way.

Blackberry & Lemon Popsicles

Ingredients

⅔ cup lemon juice, plus zest from lemons
2 ½ cups vanilla Greek yogurt
2 ½ cups blackberries
2 ½ cups mixed berry Greek yogurt
Popsicle Molds or Plastic Cups and Popsicle Sticks

Directions

1. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together lemon juice, zest, and vanilla yogurt; set aside.
2. In a blender, puree blackberries and mixed berry yogurt, set aside.
3. Add the mixture to popsicle molds or cups. Layer the popsicles as follows: 1 tablespoon lemon mixture, 1 tablespoon blackberry mixture, repeat. Swirl layers if desired.
4. Gently tap the molds or cups on the countertop to remove any air bubbles.
5. Insert the popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.

Makes about 10 pops depending on your mold size.

🖐️ 5-4-3-2-1 Grounding Technique
Name 5 things you can see, 4 you can touch, 3 you can hear, 2 you can smell, and 1 you can taste.
→ This brings you out of your thoughts and into the present moment.

💨 Breathe in a Box
Try Box Breathing: Inhale 4 seconds → Hold 4 seconds → Exhale 4 seconds → Hold 4 seconds. Repeat.
→ Slows your heart rate and activates your parasympathetic nervous system.

🧊 Cold Sensation Reset
Splash cold water on your face or hold an ice cube.
→ This can “shock” your nervous system into a calmer state.
