This morning I chose to slow down and stretch…
and it reminded me how powerful it is to intentionally come back into the body.

When we focus on the body, we begin to restore a sense of safety within ourselves.

Not by force… but by presence.

Today, take a moment—however small—to return to yourself.

One thing I’ve noticed in my work…

Many high-achieving women understand their patterns.

They can explain:• why they respond the way they do• where it comes from• what they “should” be doing differently

And yet… they still feel it.

The anxiety.The emotional pull.The disconnection.

Because healing isn’t just cognitive—it’s also in the body.

At some point, awareness alone stops being enough.There’s a need to slow down, feel, and process what’s still being held.

That’s where deeper work begins.

This is something I’ve been leaning into more, and it’s what led me to create more intentional spaces for that level of healing.

Now that I’ve reintroduced myself, I wanted to share a little more about what I’m currently offering.

I work primarily with high-achieving women who are navigating relationship trauma, emotional overwhelm, and patterns that no longer serve them.

In addition to individual therapy, I’m excited to be offering something new:

✨ The RESET Intensive (August 7–9, 2026)

A small, virtual 3-day experience designed for women who are ready to go deeper in their healing.

This includes:• Brainspotting• breathwork• somatic work• a supportive group of only 4 women

This is for the woman who knows there’s more beneath the surface—and is ready to address it.

I’m Cindy, therapist and founder of Reset Counseling and Consulting.

I work with high-achieving women who are used to being strong, capable, and the one others rely on—but internally feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them.

My approach is warm, grounded, and trauma-informed. I support women in healing from relationship trauma, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm—helping you feel more secure, confident, and at peace within yourself.

• Virtual therapy in Alabama, Texas, and Florida
• Clinical supervision for social workers
