Staff Spotlight 🌟

“This past week, I traveled to Washington, D.C. alongside advocates from across the nation to support the passage of the Ensuring Lasting Smiles Act (ELSA) with congressional leaders in the Senate and House. The ELSA Bill is federal legislation that would require all private group and individual health plans to cover medically necessary items or services resulting from congenital anomalies. As someone born with a cleft lip and palate, advocating for this legislation is deeply important to me. ELSA would help ensure that people like me receive the medical care they deserve.”
