The SidelinER Story

SidelinER, the professional sideline medical tent, is a portable and collapsible patient exam room designed specifically to meet the needs of athletic programs. One of the most important aspects of quality medical care is patient privacy. The idea for a sideline exam room was raised by University of Alabama head athletic trainer, Jeff Allen. The idea was brought to life by a team of engineers at The University of Alabama to provide privacy for injured athletes during on-field examinations. SIDELINER quickly made headlines when it prevented sideline reporters from disclosing high-profile player injuries. Two of the original team members, Jared Cassity and Patrick Powell, along with Jeff Allen formed Kinematic Sports, LLC to develop, manufacture, and distribute the technology to sidelines across the United States.
