Hot(ish) 26 & 2 is a 60 min. class consisting of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. Each posture is performed twice in a specific sequence designed to systematically warm, stretch, and strengthen the entire body.

This class focuses on alignment, balance, flexibility, and mental focus while building strength and resilience from the inside out. The heat helps muscles loosen safely, encourages detoxification through sweat, and supports deeper concentration and mindfulness.

Imagine walking into a yoga studio that feels like a portal to Hawkins, where the air hums softly and the lights glow in deep indigos and reds. A string of Christmas lights snakes along the wall, flickering gently as if spelling messages from another realm.

Stranger Things music pulses low and steady, grounding you as the class begins.

The instructor invites you to step into the Upside Down—not as a place of fear, but as a mirror. This is where investors, founders, and visionaries often find themselves: inverted, uncertain, and stretched beyond what feels comfortable.

Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that brings the body into profound rest while the mind remains gently aware.
During this portion, students are guided through:

✨Conscious relaxation of the body
🌹Awareness of breath and sensation
🥰Emotional softening and self-compassion themes
❤️Visualization centered on safety, warmth, and inner acceptance

The nervous system shifts into a parasympathetic state, allowing deep rest, emotional release, and subconscious healing.
