This is the first video in a 7-part series where I’m exploring the 12 Steps of Alcoholics Anonymous alongside the Diamond Mind path two frameworks that, together, support a deeper recovery.

For me, the 12 Steps are the foundation.
The Diamond Mind path speaks to freedom from the mental obsession.

When these come together, something shifts.
Recovery becomes more than abstaining. It becomes awareness, alignment, and real transformation.

Step one is often misunderstood.
Admitting is not the end, it’s the beginning.

Question:
Where in your life have you been avoiding an honest admission?

Action:
Take a moment to name it clearly and without judgment.

Possibility:
What could shift if that awareness became your starting point instead of your stopping point?

If something surfaced for you, you’re welcome to share.

The After Hours Crew

This isn’t a panel.
It’s not a presentation.

It’s a space created by three women who bring different perspectives to the same conversation — helping people move through real-life challenges with more clarity, awareness, and support.

Together, we’re creating After Hours — a place to slow down, talk honestly, and look at things from a different angle.

Our first conversation is on Overwhelm.

If life has felt like “too much” lately — too many thoughts, responsibilities, or expectations — this is a space to pause and explore what’s really going on underneath it.

We’d love to have you step into this conversation with us.

After Hours Conversations
Topic: Overwhelm

Overwhelm has become a daily reality for so many people.

Too much information.
Too many responsibilities.
Too many expectations.

When overwhelm becomes constant, we stop feeling clear and grounded. We start coping instead of thriving. We can feel scattered, exhausted, stuck, and disconnected from the bigger vision we once had for our lives.

That is why we created this conversation.

Join us for a relaxed and meaningful Zoom gathering as we talk openly about overwhelm and explore simple ways to create more clarity, calm, and direction.

This is not about having it all figured out. It is about creating space to pause, reflect, and see differently.

💙 Thank You for Supporting Community & Connection 💙

We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to Larry’s Supermarket, Lift Bridge Brewing Company, and Julie Sachs for their generosity and support of our recent Game Night.

Larry’s Supermarket and Lift Bridge Brewing Company generously donated beverages, mocktails, and water, helping create a welcoming and inclusive space for our community to gather.

A very special thank you to Julie Sachs for not only donating the popcorn machine and popcorn, but also for running it throughout the night. That extra care and presence added warmth, fun, and a true sense of hospitality that everyone felt and appreciated.

Because of your collective support, community members were able to come together for an evening filled with laughter, connection, and belonging. These moments matter. They strengthen relationships, reduce isolation, and remind people that they are seen and valued.

We are deeply grateful for your partnership and your belief in community. Thank you for showing up in such meaningful ways. 🙏✨
