Our goal is to provide state of the art pain management to our patients. We use a multidisciplinary approach to pain management with a strong emphasis on procedures and physical therapy. Other modalities that may be prescribed include therapeutic injections, radio-frequency ablation, spinal cord stimulator implantation and medication management. This week, Joel Bloomston, our Regional Business Manager, and Rachel Dietrich, one of our Physician Liaisons, had the opportunity to host a wonderful &Learn with Dr. Vishwanath Reddy and his wonderful team.

We enjoyed discussing the latest treatment options and how we can continue partnering together to help meet the pain management needs of their patients. Building strong relationships and collaborating with outstanding providers is such an important part of delivering exceptional patient care.

Dr. Kasper recently celebrated another year around the sun! 🎉

For more than 25 years, Dr. Kasper has provided exceptional care to his patients with a level of integrity, character, professionalism, and expertise that is truly unmatched. When you hear those words, you immediately think of him. His dedication to his patients and passion for excellence make him not only an incredible physician, but also someone deeply respected by everyone who has the privilege of working alongside him.

When he’s not caring for patients, you’ll find him making special memories with his beautiful family, enjoying the peace he finds while flying, chasing the thrill of racing and hunting, or appreciating the simple joy of a Sam’s hotdog.

AAAPC had a wonderful Lunch & Learn last week with Anniston Orthopedics, an incredible team of six providers and a support team close to forty members.

Dr. Gillespie provided an informative update on the latest procedures and innovative treatments AAAPC is using to care for their patients and improve outcomes. It was a great time of learning, collaboration, and fellowship among two teams dedicated to providing excellent patient care. 🩺💙🏥

Join us in wishing a very happy birthday to one of our wonderful Nurse Practitioners, Merry! 🎉

Since joining AAAPC in December 2024, Merry has been an incredible part of our team, building strong relationships with both our providers and team members at our Rainbow City and Anniston locations. Her dedication and positive spirit make a difference every day!

Outside of work, Merry enjoys spending time with her family and is soaking in a special season of life as her daughter Natalie prepares to graduate from high school and head to the University of Alabama this fall.

How can we help support your patients’ pain management needs?

This week, Joel, our Regional Business Manager, and Rachel, one of our Physician Liaisons, had the opportunity to connect with local providers during their “Lunch and Learns.” They shared how Alabama Anesthesiology and Pain Consultants is improving patients’ quality of life through a multidisciplinary approach that incorporates the most up-to-date treatment options.

Earlier in the week, Joel and Rachel enjoyed meeting with Dr. Kevin Heath and Nurse Practitioner Katherine Feazell at RMC Occupational Health and Wellness. On Thursday, they also had the pleasure of meeting with Nurse Practitioner James Miller at American Family Care in Oxford.

A special thank you to Toby at Kress Mercantile for providing fabulous grab-and-go lunch sacks—those delicious chicken salad croissants, pasta salad, and more truly hit the spot!

Last week Joel, our regional business manager and Lisa, one of our physician liaisons, hosted a "Breakfast & Learn" with the Roberta Watts Quality of Life Clinic in Gadsden. The physicians enjoyed sitting down and learning about the most up-to-date treatment options for their patients. For example, Joel spoke about our multidisciplinary approach for pain management which might include spinal cord stimulators, kyphoplasty. peripheral nerve stimulators and so much more.
