Our goal is to provide state of the art pain management to our patients. We use a multidisciplinary approach to pain management with a strong emphasis on procedures and physical therapy. Other modalities that may be prescribed include therapeutic injections, radio-frequency ablation, spinal cord stimulator implantation and medication management. Today, Rachel and Lisa, our Physician Liaisons, hosted a wonderful Lunch & Learn with Fast Pace Health in Leeds! Joel Bloomston, one of our Regional Business Managers, joined the discussion as we shared how our team plays a vital role in supporting their patients with pain management needs, specifically their Workers Compensation patients.
Our specialized, multidisciplinary approach to treatment planning truly creates a win-win for patients and providers.

A big thank-you to Kress Mercantile in Anniston for the delicious chicken salad croissants, broccoli salad, and German chocolate cupcakes that everyone enjoyed, they loved the Grab and Go! 🍽️✨

When she’s not caring for patients, you’ll find her traveling and making memories with her sweet family—David, Luke, and their golden retriever, Rebel 🐾. They are her WORLD!

She’s a devoted Alabama football fan 🏈, loves cheering on the Tampa Bay Rays ⚾, and proudly lives that Mardi Gras life (she was basically born for it! 🎭).
From hitting the ski slopes ⛷️ to dancing the night away 💃, Dr. Edina embraces life with energy, passion, and heart—just like she does her work.

We can’t close out January without wishing our very beloved Dr. Royer a HAPPY BIRTHDAY! 🎉🎂

She is truly all things good and everyone she meets and cares for absolutely loves her. Dr. Royer is an exceptional physician, and we are incredibly thankful to have her as part of our medical team. Her love for her work family and her patients shines through in everything she does.

Dr. Royer loves to travel, with the beach being a top favorite, and she enjoys cheering on the Crimson Tide...though she’s a sports fan through and through. Her family is her world, and wherever they are is her favorite place to be.
Positive, happy, friendly, and so much more describe our Dr. Royer. We hope this year is truly one for the books! 💙✨

Rachel, one of our Physician Liaisons, had a wonderful visit yesterday with Dr. Osita Onyekwere's cardiology office. They discussed how AAAPC can support their patients experiencing residual pain, pain related to neuropathy, post surgical pain, and more through conservative, individualized treatment plans that includes multi-disciplinary interventional therapies like intercostal blocks, localized injections, peripheral nerve stimulators that will improve their patients' function and quality of life. They were very excited about their Artisan Bakery sweet treats from "Called Coffee" and couldn't wait to dig in. ❤️

Happy Birthday to our wonderful Physician Assistant, Jessica!

When we hear words like thorough, extremely attentive, and detail-oriented, we immediately think of her and the exceptional care she provides our patients every single day.

Jessica absolutely loves watching her daughter dominate on the hockey rink, and the beach is one of her happiest places, but truth be told, she’s the happiest wherever her family is.

Happy Birthday, Jessica! We hope this year is truly one for the books. 🎉💙

Over the weekend, Alabama Anesthesiology and Pain Consultants held our Holiday Party, a much-needed time of celebration, laughter, and togetherness. We truly appreciate our incredible team all year long, and it’s always such a joy when we’re able to gather and enjoy each other’s company outside of work.

We did miss several of our people due to busy schedules and sickness. Grateful for this team and all we’ve accomplished together in 2025!🎄🎅🦌

Happy, happy Birthday to one of our fabulous Nurse Practitioners, Chuck! Everyone loves Chuck, and for good reason. When he’s not taking incredible care of his patients, you’ll find him on the ball fields, the football fields, or anywhere his family is.
