Dr, Rick Jotani completed his medical training at the University of Alabama in Birmingham followed by an internship and residency in family practice at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center in Spartanburg, South Carolina. He also completed a sports medicine fellowship at Halifax Sports Medicine, Daytona Beach, Florida.

Dr. Jotani is board certified and a member of the American Academy of Family Practice, the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine and the Medical Association of the State of Alabama - MASA.

Dr. Rick Jotani and Dr. Barry Collins opened Pell City Internal and Family Medicine in 2012 which has grown to a multi-location medical practice.

Dr. Jotani is the team physician for Pell City High School and in his free time enjoys watching football. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters.

Welcome sir. Excited to work with you.

Please welcome Dr. Harley Lamey as our new District Athletic Director.

Dr. Lamey brings over 25 years of experience in education based athletics, most recently serving as Athletic Director at Hoover High School, home to the largest athletic department in the state. During his time there, he helped lead one of Alabama’s premier athletic programs, highlighted by 15 state championships and 9 state runner up finishes under his leadership.

A proven leader, Dr. Lamey has served as an Athletic Director, Assistant Athletic Director, Head Wrestling Coach, and educator. Throughout his career, he has built championship level programs while maintaining a strong commitment to character, accountability, and student athlete success.

We are excited to have Dr. Lamey leading athletics in Pell City and look forward to the impact he will make on our student athletes, coaches, and community.
