WEATHER UPDATE:

1/25/2026 4:45PM Update: Due to inclement weather expected, PCIFM will delay opening by 2 hours. At this time we are still planning to open on Monday, 1/26/2026 @ 10AM; however, any weather updates and changes made in order to keep our patients and clinical staff safe, will be added here.

Hello, PCIFM family!

First, we want to thank you all for your patience and support as we continue our transition into our new EMR (Electronic Medical Record) system. While we are diligently attempting to upload as much of our patient information as possible into our new system, we would greatly appreciate your help! We are trying to notify, contact, and update as much of our patient population as we can and ask that you all start utilizing the NEW patient portal as soon as possible.
PLEASE HELP US BY SHARING THIS POST and/or PORTAL LINK!

*** January 1, 2026 we will NO LONGER have access to the old system to be able to see your messages left.***

While our clinical staff is working hard to ensure we are keeping up with the messages and requests and tending to those as quickly as possible, it is becoming a huge hurtle trying to navigate back and forth between the two systems. We knew this would not be an easy transition but please just on the back end know, that we are NOT becoming, "lax" or "careless." We still sincerely care and are sincerely working to improve our clinic for you guys! The staff is truly functioning the best they can right now. Hang with us just a little bit longer and we promise, this system WILL improve and help us ALL for the better!

(With all of this said and all of the changes we have in place right now; new providers, new management, new clinical staff members, new EMR system; we do not EVER want someone to feel that their request is unheard or unimportant. Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Sundays: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

*Extended hours are available only for acute visits.
*These hours do not apply to routine medical care.
*You must be an established patient—having seen a provider at least once a year for an Annual Wellness Visit—not just for sick visits.
*If you don’t meet these criteria, you may be seen as a self-pay patient.
