Access to medication improves quality of life. For our patients, medications are not optional, they are essential for managing chronic conditions and preventing associated long-term disease complications.

St. Clair CHC  prioritizes access to critical medications for our patients. Because of increased access to medications, there are fewer complications, emergency room visits, and more stability for those we serve.

Through generous donors and trusted partnerships, patients are able to receive the medications they need  at minimal or no cost. This access encourages patients to stay on track with treatment and focus on living healthier lives.
