Dr. Justin Raatz is a native of the midwest. Dr. Raatz received his undergraduate degree from Rockhurst University in Kansas City, MO. He attended medical school in Des Moines at Des Moines University, College of Podiatric Medicine & Surgery. Dr. Raatz has had many extensive externships including Beth Israel at Harvard in Boston, MA and Yale/New Haven Hospital in New Haven, CT. He completed surgic
al residency through Truman Medical Center in Kansas City, MO and joined a practice in Western Nebraska. After four and half years in Nebraska, he and his young family decided to return to Iowa to be closer to relatives. Dr. Raatz is an Associate of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgery, member of the American Podiatric Medical Association. Dr. Raatz has completed advanced training in INBONE, Salto Talaris and Zimmer/Biomet Trabecular metal Total Ankle Replacement, ankle arthroscopy, arthroscopic ankle fusion, ankle ligament and tendon reconstruction following sports injury, external fixation & complex lower limb deformity correction. He has held various leadership/officer positions in private practice experience including, Vice Chief of Staff & Chairman of Surgery Department. In his free time, he chooses to spend time with his family, play a round (or two) of golf and enjoys hunting.

Dr. Kelsey Millonig is a fellowship trained foot and ankle surgeon and is elated to return to her home state to serve the people of Iowa. She is passionate about improving patient outcomes in foot and ankle surgery with innovative techniques, research, and leadership. Dr. Millonig offers expertise in minimally invasive surgery (bunions, hammertoes, flatfoot), limb deformity correction and lengthening (clubfoot, congenital defects, brachymetatarsia, or traumatic deformity), orthoplastic reconstruction (soft tissue injury), nerve injury, charcot neuroarthropathy, arthritis, total ankle replacement, and traumatic injuries. With her extensive athletic background she also enjoys treating athletes with sports injuries allowing them resume competitive activity. Dr. Millonig is an Iowa native raised in St. Ansgar, IA. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Biology at Luther College in Decorah, IA where she earned honors as an All-American softball player and NCAA Woman of the Year. She completed her medical education at Des Moines University earning dual degrees in Doctor of Podiatric Medicine and Masters in Public Health. As a medical student, she was selected to intern at the World Health Organization Headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland. Dr. Millonig completed her surgical residency at Franciscan Foot and Ankle Institute in Federal Way, WA and reconstructive fellowship at the Rubin Institute of Advanced Orthopedics International Center for Limb Lengthening in Baltimore, MD. Dr. Millonig has served in medical service trips in five countries including the Yucatan Crippled Childrenβs Project and Uganda Clubfoot Care Project. She has authored multiple articles in medical journals and textbooks. Dr. Millonig is asked to lecture nationally, has earned several scholarly awards, and held multiple leadership positions in numerous national podiatric and public health committees with the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgery, American Public Health Association, and the American Podiatric Medical Association. In her free time Dr. Millonig enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, horseback riding, and personal wellness.
