Major appreciation!!!

Today is the first day where real appreciation hit with regards to being in a climate controlled building.

Past summers working out in the sun on black top driveways or concrete slabs; or working out in garages that doubled as saunas.

Winters working out in the garage where the only difference between inside and outside was that there was no wind chill in the garage.

Now we feel spoiled, and incredibly grateful, to offer a place to our patrons that is a consistent temperature and humidity year round!
