The key is consistency, once you've created the positive habit of working out and are consistently doing it. Then and only then should you start to had more volume !
Start with with a goal thats obtainable even if it's only 1-2 days a week.
Watch how much better you feel accomplishing that goal you've set out for yourself. Then adding days and length of workouts will be that much easier to accomplish once you have that positive habit going !
