Vitamin D supports bone health, immune function, and mood, and your body can make it naturally when your skin is exposed to sunlight. Just 10 to 20 minutes of midday sun a few times a week can help most people maintain healthy levels.

💡 Tip: Aim for safe sun exposure. Wear a hat, put on sunglasses, and protect your skin by applying sunscreen if you will be outside longer than 10 to 20 minutes. A short walk during your lunch break is a great way to soak up the benefits.

🎃👻 Spooktacular fun at Baptist HealthPlace! 👻🎃

Our CareSpot Urgent Care team at Nocatee went all out for Baptist Health's 6th Annual Halloween CARnival — and it showed! From festive costumes to a fully decked-out booth, our team brought the Halloween spirit while connecting with over 1,000 community members.

They had a blast handing out treats and sharing information with everyone on how CareSpot is here to care for them and their family when they need it most - open every day of the year, even holidays!
