Monday – NO Gi BJJ 7:00-8:30 pm
Tuesday – GI: BJJ &:00-8:30 pm
Wednesday – No GI Submission Wrestling 7:00 -8:30 pm
Thursday – GI BJJ 7:00-8:30 pm
Friday – Open Mat, GI and NO GI 7:00 to 8:30 P.M. Saturday – BJJ GI clinic 8:00am
