Good morning lovelies! My recent tea mix is brought to us by all sorts of dried fruits, vegetables, and herbs from my very own garden!
This specific detoxifying and overall wellness mix is packed full of:
• Marigold
• Chamomile
• Licorice root
• Rosemary
• Fennel
• Thyme
• Apple skins
• Cinnamon
• Kale
• Rose petals
• Lavender
🧚🏻‍♀️
I like to put a teaspoon of this in some fresh, filtered water and let it soak in the sun for 2-3 hours.
