I want to speak to something directly.
Recent reports have connected Deepak Chopra’s name to the Epstein files. I do not respond quickly to headlines. I respond from reflection, especially when the topic involves harm.
As someone who has lived through sexual trauma, anything related to exploitation or abuse is not abstract for me. It is personal. My work was built from surviving it, healing through it, and helping others reclaim their power after it.
I completed my Chopra Total Well-being Coach certification because I value meditation, purpose work, Ayurveda, and mind-body-spirit integration. That training was one chapter of a much larger journey. I learned from multiple teachers. I integrated it with neuroscience, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, trauma informed practices, Whole Health nutrition, and my own lived experience.
Here is where I stand.
I do not condone abuse.
I do not minimize exploitation.
And I do not ignore harm.
I believe in accountability.
I believe in critical thinking.
And I believe that healing work should never require blind allegiance to any individual.
I also do not erase meaningful education or growth experiences because of alleged associations without verified facts and personal discernment.
Two things can exist at once.
I can hold deep sensitivity around trauma.
And I can acknowledge that no single individual defines the entirety of a body of work or my professional identity.
Mission Me 2.0 was not built on one teacher.
It was built on surviving sexual and medical trauma.
On navigating Lupus and a brain tumor.
On leaving a high pressure engineering career.
On integrating science and spirituality.
On doing my own shadow work.
On learning how to regulate my nervous system when it wanted to collapse.
Mission Me 2.0 was built from my story, my healing, my ethics, and my standards for safety.
My commitment remains unchanged.
I create spaces that are safe.
I empower people to think critically and trust themselves.
I help individuals come back to who they are.
That is anchored in who I am.
