I grew up losing a parent at a young age. Later, I found myself calling off an engagement just two months before the wedding. Looking back, it was the BIGGEST blessing but that doesn’t mean it didn’t break something open in me.
I became an emotional stuffer.
Why? Maybe it felt easier.
Maybe staying busy was my safety blanket.
At one point I was working three jobs, convincing myself I was “happy,” convincing myself I didn’t need help, convincing myself that my feelings weren’t anyone else’s problem.
Then in 2015, I went to my first group Breathwork session. I didn’t know what to expect. I just decided to let whatever needed to come up… come up.
And it did.
My body felt lighter, almost unfamiliar.
My chest opened.
And I cried like really cried.
Ugly, beautiful, overdue tears.
It felt like years of pressure leaving my body in one long exhale.
That moment changed everything.
Even though my mind tried to talk me out of going back, my body knew. My spirit knew.
I wanted to feel that free again.
So I went deeper.
I did 1:1 sessions.
I kept showing up.
I kept healing.
And over time… the work became my calling.
And now, I am a Breathwork practitioner,
here to guide others into the freedom I once feared I’d never touch again. Because my story isn’t over…
its just the beginning.
And the truth is, I’m no different than anyone else. We’ve all gone through things that cracked us, stretched us, reshaped us.
We all carry stories inside our bodies just waiting to be released.
