Covenant Primary & Behavioral Care is closed 12/21/2023-12/26/2023 for the Christmas holidays! If you need a refill, please ask your pharmacy send an electronic request or fax a request to 866-423-7783. You may also request refill using our patient portal, Healow. We will have limited access to internet while we are closed, if you experience a medical or psychiatric emergency please call 911 or go to the local emergency department. Any messages left on the answering service will be checked once daily. We will only return urgent messages. Otherwise, we look forward to serving you when we will open Wednesday, December 27, 2023 at 9:00am. Merry Christmas!

Isn’t this so true!?! Valley experiences can be hard, both emotionally and physically. But perhaps the worst thing about a valley experience would be going through it without learning something about yourself, others, or the world around you in the process.

On November 1, 2021 my life changed in an amazing way when I took a leap of faith to open my integrated health clinic. And while it wasn’t easy, I can say it has been the honor of a lifetime to share in the care of my patients of all ages. I envisioned a practice that was an extension of home — a place where patients felt unrushed, were able to be vulnerable, and would never feel judged or dismissed. And a one year later, we continue to foster behavioral, physical, and spiritual wellness. On the cusp of Christmas and New Years Day, I wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude to each of my patients, their families, my staff, and all of the referring providers who make this dream a daily reality.
