Are you stuck working from home without your typical desk set up?

Have a family member take a picture of you working and compare to the "ideal" sitting posture:
-Torso and neck are near vertical and in-line
-Thighs horizontal
-Lower legs vertical

Even if you have good sitting posture while working, prolonged time spent in any position can result in musculoskeletal dysfunction.

To limit this, change your working position throughout the day by getting up and walking around for a couple of minutes and/or performing Bruegger's posture hack every 30-60 minutes (swipe right).

**The "ideal" sitting posture is not ideal for everyone. If you are having difficulty with your WFH set-up or have been experiencing neck, shoulder, or low back pain since WFH, come see us at PEAK!**

Working from home and feeling a little sedentary through the work day? Grab a snack— a MOVEMENT snack (and food snack, always)! Here are some options for how you can incorporate a little more movement throughout the day. Try adding these every hour or so. The positions here are nice for full-body mobility, but there are so many moves you can include! What matters is adding a little more movement, a little deeper breath and a little break from the everyday routine. 😊
