Provide therapy in an equine-assisted setting
Co-facilitate sessions with an Equine Specialist
Help clients grow through experiential, hands-on work
Be part of a program that’s changing how therapy is delivered

Has experience with mental health/substance use populations
Is passionate about innovative, client-centered care

✅ Telehealth services and real-time referral coordination
✅ Multidisciplinary care including psychiatry, nursing, clinicians & peer support

Today is recognized as National Fentanyl Awareness Day. A time to confront a crisis that continues to impact families across Robeson County and nationally.

Fentanyl is not just a statistic. It is claiming lives, destroying futures, and leaving lasting pain in our communities.

We must stay informed, talk openly with our children and loved ones, and hold those who traffic this poison accountable. At the same time, we must continue to support those battling addiction and guide them toward help and recovery.

Together, through awareness, education, and enforcement, we can save lives.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and support staff during daily shifts
Help guide and mentor youth (ages 12–17)
Facilitate activities and support treatment goals
Respond to challenges with care, structure, and professionalism

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years working with adolescents
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience with behavioral or mental health support
Ability to stay calm and effective in high-stress situations

Must have a valid driver’s license & pass background screening
