The practice has a staff of over 25, including Ginger Locklear, MD, two physician assistants and two nurse practitioners. Dr. Bell is the first Native American pediatrician in North Carolina and has a special interest in Native American children’s health. •We accept Medicaid and most major insurance plans, including Tricare. •We accept walk-ins, but appointments are preferred. •We provide comprehensive health care services from birth to age 21.
