8 am, Superhero Strong, is a strong flow class, but don’t let that scare you! Everything can be modified and you will leave feeling like a superhero

10 am, Yoga Basics, we will slow things down and chill a bit more. Perfect for beginners or if you’re just wanting a slow stretchy class.

Chaturanga to up dog! Ever go “ugh” when your yoga teacher says those words? Ever wonder if you’re doing it right? Or how to modify?

Tonight at the 6:30 flow we will break down our chaturanga dandasana and review how to save those shoulders! I had someone a few years back break it down for me after years of yoga, even as a teacher, and my mind was 🤯

Spoiler alert!! It’s not how low you can go!!!

Exciting news!!!! I‘M BACK!!!

I am officially back at Emerald Yoga and will be teaching every Wednesday for the 6:30pm Flow class!
This class is an all levels vinyasa style flow…good for beginners and the experienced!!

Can’t wait to get back to it and see all my old friends! Hope to see you there

Needing to practice what I preach, I made the hard decision to take a break from teaching yoga for a while. While I won’t be teaching regularly, I do plan to grab up some classes to sub every now and then because I already miss my favorite people!

For now, it’s time to focus on myself and my family 🥰

Fundraiser class THIS FRIDAY!!!

Join me Friday from 6-8pm for my Explore and Restore Workshop. The first hour we will get warmed up and then play around and explore three advanced poses. We will break down each pose and learn alternates/modifications

After that we will move into a gentle, relaxing restorative practice where we will let everything go, allowing our bodies and minds to rest and restore

Class will be a $30 donation and all proceeds will go to The Outreach Program (End Hunger Nee England). We are also requesting that you bring a food donation which will be going to the Firehouse Food Pantry
