As I reflect back on the past month sharing space with Therapeutic Massage by Jillian in Carver, I realize my favorite thing about working in Carver is bartering wiith other business owners in Carver Square 🤩

You didnt know I barter? Well yes, I do. Of course I do. Because business at Heal with Kim isn’t primarily about making money … it’s about shining the light.

So if you’re curious about energy work but worried about cost, please don’t hesitate to reach out! I’m quite sure we can come up with an exchange that works for both of us. An exchange that makes us both shine brighter! Tomorrow I have a facial with Capital Spa coming my way … I can’t wait!

We have a full moon tonight! I wonder how you’re all feeling? A little “full” perhaps?

When I take a minute to check in with how I feel, I realize I’m feeling absolutely full of joy 🤩

And I know the best way to keep this feeling alive is to pause for gratitude. So here’s my G4 list for today:

💛 Seeing the light and feeling the light of so many beautiful people on stage and on the dance floor
💛The weather lately
💛 My son’s happiness
💛 Cool salt water
💛 My financial situation, my car, my friends, my bed … I could go on and on!


But I’d like to add one final thing … a special thanks to you all for being so gracious with me as I’ve launched my business this summer. It feels good to be in the right place at the right time 🙏 And I hope you’re all feeling the same way ❤️ 🙏 ❤️

Join me tonight for a magical moonlit gathering by the sea 🌕💫

We’ll connect with the energy of the almost-full moon, meditate on our heart’s deepest desires, and begin manifesting them into reality. The moon is practically calling us to rise and expand with it as it reaches its full brilliance over the next couple of days!

I’ll bring all the supplies — all you really need is yourself.
That said, you might also want to bring:
🪑 Something comfy to sit on
🔥 A few dry sticks for the fire
💖 Your intentions to love yourself and love others

Let’s gather around 7:00 in the sand just before the first crossover
Meditation at 7:15ish

🔥 Is it hot enough for you?

Try this quick breathing exercise to beat the heat! The video is a bit long so if youre antsy for the breathwork, fast forward to minute 7ish 🙂

🌅 And don’t forget — it’s the last Tuesday of the month, which means tonight is our final Tuesday night Sunset Satsang. We finally got some good weather! We’ll meet at 7:30 on Plymouth Beach just before the first crossover. I plan to soak up the sun AND the water tonight … Hope to see you there for some truth and connection ❤️

🌧️ Rain, rain, go away! 🌧️

Unfortunately, I’m canceling tonight’s Sunset Satsang due to the weather. This is the second one in a row that’s been rained out, and I’m definitely feeling a little bummed. 😞

Our very first gathering was such a beautiful success, and I’m hopeful that next week will bring clear skies and warm temps so we can end the month with something special. 🙏✨

In the meantime, I just recorded a short breathwork practice you can do right from home. I hope it brings you a little peace and presence wherever you are. 💛

And who knows — if the skies clear later this week and the timing works out, I just might sneak in a rescheduled session. Stay tuned! 😉

Ahhh… feel that sunshine? ☀️

After the rain washed out our sunset satsang last night, I’m so happy to welcome back the sun … and with it, I got a spark of inspiration! ✨

Tonight, let’s gather under the full moon for a Fire Ceremony on the beach. This will be a chance to release, rejuvenate, and reconnect with the light within us and all around us.

📍 Location: Long Beach, Plymouth (we’ll meet in the sand just before the crossover)
🕢 Time: Arrival time 7:30ish … We’ll build the fire together and light it around 8:30
💜 Cost: Free

Bring a friend, bring your intentions, and let’s welcome this moon phase together 🌝

Also, bring whatever will help you feel comfortable while we’re there. I’ve been told cooking fires are permitted , so I’ll bring a little snack for us to cook over the fire 🔥 You may want to bring something to drink, a blanket, perhaps a flashlight, and/or something to burn.

Hi everyone — I’m so sorry to say that tonight’s Sunset Satsang gathering is canceled due to rain and less-than-ideal beach conditions.

As much as I was looking forward to sharing truth and connection with you all, I want to honor everyone’s comfort and the weather just isn’t cooperating this evening.

I took a conscious breathing workshop this morning and the theme was abundamce. And I heard a mantra I’ve never heard before … “The more fun I’m having, the more money I’m making”

Isn’t that a great mantra?!? Can you imagine getting yourself into a head space where you truly believed that? ?

For me it totally resonated 👀 I know it probably sounds ridiculous to the average person, but for me, the Breathwork got me into a space where I truly believe it ❤️ Thank you Kiki ❤️ 🙏 ❤️
