When your heart energy is balanced, you feel open, peaceful, and deeply connected to yourself and the people around you. When it is out of balance, you may notice feelings of loneliness, tension, or emotional heaviness that make it difficult to receive care in return.
Restorative yoga offers a gentle way to release that weight. Through supported backbends, calming breath work, and guided meditation, you create space for your heart to soften and breathe again.
