Every Tuesday brings a different focus. Yoga Alchemy is a themed flow that keeps your practice evolving while staying grounded in strong fundamentals. You move through a sequence that connects physical movement with personal growth. The pace will vary from week to week.

🧘‍♂️ Themes may include heart energy, grounding practices, mantra, sound healing, or seasonal transitions. All levels are welcome, and you will always have options that meet you where you are.
