β¨π Class Spotlight! - Chair Yoga - Wednesdays + Fridays at 11:30 AM
Chair Yoga is for days when your body wants support rather than pressure on the joints.
You will move through gentle poses using a chair and a variety of props such as blocks, straps, myofascial release balls, and resistance bands. Each class adjusts to what the group needs that day.
This class can be helpful if you are managing discomfort, returning to movement after time away, or looking for something that feels just a little more accessible.
