Whether you need long term or short term care in your home while convalescing from an illness we can meet your needs. The Irish Connection offers a variety of healthcare options to help you have Quality care at an affordable price in your own Home, Assisted Living, Hospital, Nursing Home, etc. We believe in a personal approach and our Geriatric Care Manager will discuss your needs in detail to understand your particular situation and explain the options available to you! We can be reached 24 hours per day everyday
