RAFFLE FOR MASSAGE:
To help raise some money for my sister I'm doing a raffle for a massage or Reiki (your choice) from me at my studio in Penacook (NewBody)...you can either get a ticket from me at my studio or I can personally message you your ticket #....I will be drawing 2 winners in about 2 weeks. The cost of 1 ticket is $10.. if you want to use venmo just message and I'll send my link personally to you. Any questions please don't hesitate to message me.
For those of you who don't know, my sister Nicki just lost everything in a house fire last week and I'm just trying to help raise a little money for her to get by right now.

This Friday!!

UPDATE:
Hello everyone!! A while back I posted about doing a local Meet and Greet for people in the area to get together! I figured out a good date and this will finally take place at my studio. Feel free to just drop in and say hello, or stay the whole time. Just bring whatever your drink of choice is.
I will have a mix of music playing and only be providing water to drink if needed:

WHAT: Meet and Greet for the Locals (BYOB)
WHEN: Friday Nov 15th from 6-9pm
WHERE: NewBody Wellness
1 Merrimack St.
Penacook (Downtown by the circle, not Concord)
PARKING: please use the free street parking on Village street, Merrimack Street, behind Ace Hardware or that road next to Ace. Please do not park in the lot next to the building by the Penacook library, that lot is for the apartments.

*Feedback wanted*
I feel we lack connection and in person interaction these days and was thinking about holding a MEET AND GREET at my studio in Penacook.
Been thinking about this for awhile and would like feedback on if people would be interested??..
You'd bring a drink or 2 of your choice, mingle, dance, etc..I thought it would be a great chance for the locals to meet people, or just a few hours getting out to have fun. Most likely to be held on a Friday night from 6-9pm..All thoughts welcome please😁

Ok my business New Body Fitness & Wellness, LLC. needs some people to test out on & provide feedback to me..
Those of you that know me know that I'm a huge tester on what works & what doesn't for different issues people have..listed below are what I need:

**3 people that are VERY sensitive to pressure - meaning you don't usually like getting massages because it "hurts" or "tenses" you up.
** 3 people that can come once a week for 3 weeks that like high heat & massage percussion, that are not sensitive to magnesium.

Anyone in this study will get 1/2 off all these massages just for providing simple feedback. Also I work alone so I will be the one providing all services to you.
