🍲✨ In honor of National Slow Cooker Month, our culinary team is having fun letting time and creativity take center stage in the kitchen! Today’s menu included two comforting, slow-cooked selections made with care and plenty of patience: braised beef oxtail (smoked for 6 hours, then braised for another 8 hours — a full 14 hours total) in a rich Merlot gravy served over creamy risotto, or slow-cooked chicken in a creamy wine sauce served over gnocchi. Every step is about building deep flavor, tender textures, and that cozy, home-cooked feeling we love so much ❤️.
