Pender Community Hospital is partnering with Ronald McDonald House Charities of Siouxland to introduce a Ronald McDonald Family Kitchen—offering meals, snacks, and a welcoming space for families staying close to a child receiving care.

It’s one more way we’re helping families focus on what matters most: being together.

This month, we’re celebrating our incredible Occupational Therapy team and the impact they make every single day. OT is all about helping people get back to living their lives—whether that’s regaining strength after an injury, building skills for daily routines, or finding new ways to stay independent and confident.

We’re so proud of our team (pictured here are two of our full-time OTs!), along with the many other therapists who support our patients behind the scenes. Your compassion, creativity, and dedication truly make a difference in our community.

From the first phone call to the moment you walk through our doors, they greet every patient with kindness and care. They keep schedules running, navigate insurance details, and help create a smooth, welcoming experience from start to finish.
They’re often the first hello and the last goodbye — and they make every moment in between matter.
Because of them, our community feels supported before they even step into an exam room… and we’re better for it.
