Our office/main buildings are open from 9:00am - 4:00pm Monday through Friday! Our job coaches operate when our clients are at work, and will sometimes work other shift hours.

We’re excited to shine the spotlight on Kaylin, one of our incredible Job Coaches who has been making a meaningful impact since joining our team last June.

Kaylin has quickly become a valued part of our organization, bringing a bright, positive energy that truly resonates with the clients we serve. Her sunny personality creates a welcoming and supportive environment, and it’s no surprise that our clients absolutely love working with her!

What sets Kaylin apart is her willingness to step up wherever she’s needed. Whether it’s supporting clients, assisting teammates, or jumping in to help things run smoothly, she consistently shows dedication, flexibility, and heart in everything she does.

Outside of work, Kaylin is a proud cat owner of Fred & Daisy, along with her exotics—Patches, Dory, and Tina 🐾

Last week, the Hermiston ESD Resource Fair brought together families, providers, and community partners to connect and share resources.

We were grateful for the opportunity to meet so many wonderful parents and partners and share the services Trendsitions provides in our community. Conversations like these remind us how strong our community truly is when we work together.

For the past 16 years, we have worked side by side to support Tribal members in securing meaningful employment and building successful, independent futures. This collaboration reflects the strength of community, culture, and shared commitment to opportunity.

We are also deeply grateful to the many Tribal businesses that have opened their doors and extended their support by creating inclusive employment opportunities.

At Trendsitions, support doesn’t stop once someone gets the job. That’s where job coaching comes in.

Our team works alongside each client to help them grow, build confidence, and succeed in their role. We provide resources, guidance, and hands-on support to help them strengthen their skills and feel comfortable in the workplace.

Through regular check-ins, we stay connected to make sure they’re doing well, answer questions, and offer help wherever it’s needed. All of this is done with the goal of setting up each individual for long-term success. 💚
