Rian Middleton has been a dedicated member of the Ranch and Home team in Hermiston for several years, consistently demonstrating commitment, reliability, and pride in his work.

While his primary role focuses on janitorial duties, Rian regularly goes above and beyond. During each shift, he helps with a variety of tasks such as facing products, organizing clothing displays, greeting customers with a friendly smile, and jumping in wherever support is needed on the sales floor.

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our beloved team member, Staci Kunz. Staci was more than a colleague, she was a bright presence whose kindness, dedication, and spirit touched everyone around her.

We will deeply miss her contributions to our team, the compassion she showed in every interaction, and the positive energy she brought with her each and every day. Staci made an impact that won’t be forgotten, and her legacy will continue to live on in the work we do and the community she helped shape.

John has been a valued member of the Trendsitions team since 2019. He has provided job coaching across a variety of businesses, consistently promoting independence and self-sufficiency among the individuals he supports. His greatest strengths are his strong faith and his genuine, caring heart. Clients especially appreciate his calm and steady presence.

In his spare time, John enjoys participating in church activities, playing the bass and coaching for Special Olympics.

What you’ll get:
• Flexible shifts (FT/PT) and supportive supervisors
• Paid training
• PTO & OregonSaves
• Pay: $16.00–$16.50/hr DOE

What you’ll do:
• Provide person-centered supports in the community and at job sites
• Coach workplace skills, build natural supports, track progress
• Complete accurate, same-day documentation

We’re looking for teammates who are:
• Compassionate and energetic
• Great collaborators and communicators
• Attentive, reliable, and person-centered
• Excited to help people live fulfilling, independent lives

Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check
• First Aid/CPR — training provided if needed
