Our guest teacher Summer Wildbill will be subbing Acosia’s Yoga classes while she’s out of the country for two weeks . We are soo excited to get a chance to practice with Summer 3 times a week till Jan 18th !

Monday 7pm Hatha Flow
Tuesday 7pm Fire Flow (vinyasa)
Thursday 6:30pm Yin Yoga

Summer is a member of the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla , Cayuse and Walla Walla (CTUIR).
She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher certification in 2023 at the age of 17 and has since been teaching both within her community and at New York University. Summer has practiced yoga throughout her life and is passionate about sharing yoga as a tool for connection, healing, and balance. Summer is home for the holidays and excited to share her practice with her hometown community❤️

New class and Resident Teacher at 7GEN !

wildbill is home for a month from NYC and willl be offering a Monday evening Hatha Flow .

Summer Wildbill is an enrolled member of the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation (CTUIR). She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher certification in 2023 at the age of 17 and has since been teaching both within her community and at New York University. Summer has practiced yoga throughout her life and is passionate about sharing yoga as a tool for connection, healing, and balance. Her classes are Hatha-based flows that incorporate fun music and emphasize the mind–body connection. She is excited to bring her practice to 7Gen Wellness.

Summer will also be subbing for Acosia’s classes while she is in Mexico for the first half of January .

Ignite your inner fire with Dynamic Flow. This class is a blend of mindful movements that combine a combination and of mat Pilates. And a foundational incorporation of a vinyasa Flow. With the high core-strengthening power of Pilates. We Build heat, create strength, and find the bravery to push ourselves. The flow allows flexibility in all the senses, mind, body and soul. A playful, high vibes playlist to fuel your body with joy and kickstart the feeling of empowerment. This fun collaboration of movement, will leave you feeling inspired, balanced, and motivated to connect to yourself on deeper level. All levels welcome – let’s move together!

Event : Deep Winter Reset - a restful retreat

• begins Friday 5pm ~ ends Sunday 2pm

Price : $300 includes all 3 days of group activities + Food + 1 session on each - Infared Sauna , 4D zero gravity masssage chair , Grounding bed & Infared Light Therapy

Why : To rest and digest and heal from daily stress and trauma. We don’t take enough time to care for ourselves on all levels from the affects of daily stress on the body and mind . This 3 day rest retreat will provide space and tools for repairing and healing physically , mentally , emotionally and spiritually.
