🌷 Hoppy Easter from Our Family to Yours!
There is a beautiful sense of renewal in the air today at McKay Creek. Our hallways are bright with spring blooms, and our dining room is filled with the wonderful aroma of a traditional Easter brunch.

Easter at our community is about more than just a holiday—it’s about celebrating the joy of togetherness. Whether it’s sharing a meal, enjoying the colorful décor, or simply spending time with visiting family and friends, today is all about the connections that make this house a home.

At McKay Creek, we provide the care, but our volunteers provide that extra spark of magic that makes our community truly shine. Today, we’re sending a huge THANK YOU to the incredible individuals who share their time, talents, and hearts with our residents.

Whether you’re here leading a sing-along, helping out in the garden, or simply sitting down for a meaningful conversation over a cup of coffee, your impact is immeasurable. You don’t just "visit"—you become part of the family.

🥚 Don’t Forget! Our Easter Egg Hunt is Almost Here!
Just a friendly reminder to hop on over to McKay Creek Assisted Living this Saturday for our annual Easter Egg Hunt! The bunny has been spotted scouting out the best hiding spots in our courtyard, and our residents are ready to help the little ones find every last treat.

Whether you’re coming for the candy or just the "ear-resistible" photo ops with Grandma and Grandpa, we can’t wait to celebrate with you.

🗓️ April is Blooming with Activities!
Spring has officially arrived in Pendleton, and our April Activity Calendar is packed with reasons to get out and celebrate. From festive holiday celebrations to tasty local outings, there is something for everyone to enjoy this month!

We aren't just staying indoors, either—we’re taking full advantage of the beautiful Eastern Oregon spring!

🌸 April Calendar Highlights:
April 4th: Easter Egg Hunt – Our annual "Grandkids & Gardens" Easter Egg Hunt. A huge thank you to Family Resource Home Care for always partnering with us to provide engaging activities each month and for the candy they provide to us each year to make this celebration possible!

April 10th: Lunch Outing – We’re heading to restaurant of the residents' choice for some time away from home!

April 15th & 29th: Senior Lunch at The Eagles – Connect with old friends and maybe a few new ones! We are so lucky to have such amazing friends who love our residents as much as we do!

April 22nd: Rice Park Picnic – Enjoy some fresh air and a lovely chat (or snack) with our Executive Director LySandra Jacks!

Did You Know? – Every Sunday morning, we host the fantastic classic car club "The Blue Mountain A's" for a coffee hour from 9am to 10am! Pull up a seat and you just might be joined by one of our own's dad, Ted McAtee! See if you know who he belongs to!

We are delighted to invite you and your family to join us for our Annual Easter Egg Hunt! This is one of our favorite traditions, and we would love for you to experience the festive spirit of our community firsthand.

It will be a day filled with joy, featuring:
