What should I wear 🤔 in an Infrared Sauna?

For an infrared sauna, wear minimal, loose, breathable clothing like a swimsuit, light cotton shorts and
tank top, or just a towel/wrap, allowing maximum skin exposure for heat absorption and sweat evaporation, while avoiding heavy, tight, or synthetic clothes that hinder detoxification and cause overheat-ing. The goal is comfort, breathability, and full body exposure to the therapeutic heat.
