Ruud's Hearing Aid Service To Hear Better Is to Live Better! A complete provider of Hearing and Hearing Aid Services for Oregon Lester Ruud established Ruud’s Hearing Aid Service in 1961.

Lester came from Wallowa County to establish the hearing aid business in Pendleton. He was active in the Oregon Hearing Society helping to establish the current licensing system for Oregon. After 17 years in Pendleton, Lester decided to move to Walla Walla, WA and invited his son Philip to assume the Pendleton business. In 1978, Philip moved to Pendleton with his family. Philip continued to build the practice in Pendleton and to travel to satellite areas of Northeast Oregon. Through the years, Philip’s vision has been to provide quality hearing and quality hearing products. Philip takes pride on being honest, hardworking, and putting customer service foremost in our business strategy.
