Steven L Neal, MD, FACS, PC Dr. Neal is a Board Certified Physician & Surgeon. He specializes in facial plastic surgery, skin re Dr. Neal is a practicing head and neck surgeon and artist.

He is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, the American Academy of Otolaryngology /Head and Neck Surgery, as well as the American College of Surgery. He is Board Certified in Otolaryngology. He graduated 6th in his class from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, TX and was elected to the AOA Honor Medical Society in 1982.
