June's de-stress incentive was so much fun for our staff! Our Memory Care Director collected baby pictures from the staff so all of their co-workers could guess who was who. We had 2 staff get 100% and they won some awesome prizes! Our de-stress incentives are so important to keep our work environment fun and a little bit competitive ;)
