I was so inflamed yesterday with facial and eye swelling that I really didn’t feel or look very healthy. I can see my inflammation when I eat processed foods. It looks horrible.

I had mexican food with Jonathan after church the day before. I had pizza last night at a birthday celebration. Not much but still.

Today, my face looks a lot better. I have healed my gut/IBS with SHAPE ReClaimed so I can tolerate a little gluten now!

I saw a new client yesterday. I started her on Zepbound at the appointment with samples. She had tears in her eyes with joy.

2 doctors had tried to get it covered and one that dismissed her. She qualifies for it but had been rejected twice.

I will get it covered! She gets to do a month without a copay with samples so graciously supplied by the drug reps. She will know if it is right for her while we fight like hell for coverage!

This makes me sad and happy all at the same time. I used to not have the time to do this in my old practice (sadness. Now, I have the time and know how to get meds covered (happiness!).

Everyone deserves a trial and someone to fight for them in their weight loss journey. I am that doctor!

I saw Dr. Kelly for weight loss. I did the weight loss program Shape Reclaim. The drops are amazing. I needed to loose some weight. Dr. Kelly taught me I had to eat to loose weight. And to eat the right foods. I needed to eat more protein. Drink more water . I was already exercising, couldn’t loose the weight because of stressing my body by not eating and not eating protein. Once I started following her food plan. The weight came off. She teaches you how and what to eat. Besides loosing the weight, the drops helped my sinus issues, my anxiety, and inflammation in my bad knee. I was taking too many antihistamines. The antihistamines I was taking in sinus medication and my anxiety medication was a glorified antihistamine. My knee was so swollen at times I couldn’t wear my favorite jeans. The sinuses , anxiety, bad knee all gone. Yes, I still feel the sinuses, but not bad enough to take medication. Anxiety, sometimes, not bad enough for medication. Bad knee feels fine no swelling. The drops help with so many symptoms of the body. I’m 2 pounds away from my weight goal. I went from a size 6 jeans to a size 2. Dr. Kelly changed my life. She’s an amazing person. I meditate almost daily now. There are a ton of guided meditations on YouTube that are free. I have done Healing your Inner Child, weight loss and enhancing the immune system.

I used to poo poo these practices but not anymore!!!! I look forward to meditation now. Our minds are so powerful. We have no idea as a society what we are truly capable of.

It is hard for me to see this old picture of me and even harder to share it on social media. I didn’t feel well back then suffering from body aches, stomach aches and headaches. I was also anxious a lot.

I started SHAPE ReClaimed 6 weeks after the first photo. I can honestly say that everything changed for me once I started my wellness journey. Weight loss was not even the biggest thing that changed, I completely changed. My energy, confidence and mental clarity skyrocketed! I started feeling amazing everyday and weight just came off. 3 years later and I still feel amazing!

I cannot begin to tell you how successful my clients have been. Today, a Wegovy client, covered by her insurance is down 40 lbs since April. She is looking and feeling great. She had a BMI of 32 which is obese to a NORMAL BMI of 25! Incredible!

In my personal experience, I have had more effective treatment with holistic medicine than I have with western medicine. Acupuncture fixed my intractable migraines that rendered me non functional at work. One visit with Dr. Don Londorf, acupuncturist, made me functional the next day!
