42.5g Protein 25.5g Carbs 18.5g Fat

Ingredients
1 can albacore tuna in water
1/2 tbsp Primal Kitchen Avocado Mayo
1/4C Shredded Pasturemilk Cheese (I like organic valley)
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4C chopped celery
1/4C chopped sweet peppers.
