After years of working as a traditional therapist, my practice has expanded in ways I never imagined. Today, I integrate EMDR, CBT, ketamine-assisted therapy, and other innovative approaches to support deeper, more sustainable healing.

Discovering the impact of psychedelics and diving further into trauma work has sparked a renewed sense of hope—for my clients, for my community, and for the future of mental health. 🌿💛

A little retreat recap ☺️

Grateful for a weekend filled with deep connection, healing, and growth. From sacred sisterhood and candle and Epsom salt making, nature walks, and powerful moments of psychedelic exploration — this retreat was truly transformative.

We received Reiki from a renowned healer, laughed, reflected, and created space for meaningful conversations with ourselves and one another.

A beautiful reminder that healing doesn’t have to be heavy — it can be joyful, creative, and deeply nourishing.
