Restored Roots Health & Wellness, LLC Hi everyone, I'm Elisa. I’ve worked in healthcare since 1991. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to health and wellness.

I'm a Registered Nurse with my Bachelor of Science in Nursing and an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach that's passionate about holistic healing and helping others reach their health and wellness goals. My journey to holistic healing began after years of struggling to find answers or solutions through western medicine to improve my health. After numerous trials on prescription medications and experiencing horrible side effects, along with trying all the fad diets to lose weight. I then began the search for ways that I could holistically heal my body from type 2 diabetes, severe vitamin deficiencies, hormone imbalances, and the inability to lose weight. Through my own journey to wellness, I realized how important it is to take a holistic approach to health and wellness. It's not just about managing symptoms, but about taking care of yourself on all levels- mind, body, and spirit, and getting to the root cause. As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach specializing in weight loss, gut health, and hormone health. I focus on bio-individuality: the idea that we're all different and have unique dietary, lifestyle, emotional, and physical needs. My coaching also integrates six pillars of wellness to foster holistic health. The six pillars of wellness encompass a holistic approach to health and happiness, emphasizing the significance of balanced nutrition, movement, restful sleep, stress management, emotional regulation, and self-awareness. As your health coach I will guide you with education, support, and accountability, empowering you to make sustainable lifestyle changes and develop a better understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you. I believe each person is their own health expert: it's my role, as your coach, to teach you how to access that intuition and motivate you on your journey to become your happiest, healthiest version of yourself. Easy DIY Lip Balm Recipe:
🌿 2 tbsp coconut oil
🌿 1 tbsp beeswax pellets
🍯 1 tsp honey (optional)
🌸 5–10 drops peppermint or vanilla essential oil

Melt the beeswax and coconut oil, stir in honey and essential oil, pour into small tins or tubes, and let cool. That’s it!

Package with a cute ribbon and tag that says “Merry & Moisturized!” 🎁
