Last Saturday the Student Run Clinic partnered with The Hidalgo County Health Department to offer the community free vaccines at the Alamo Flea Market! We were very excited to also offer basic health screenings such as blood pressure, glucose monitoring, and A1cs!

The student run clinic had a great time this summer helping out at the Pueblo de Palmas Back to School Health Fair in Peñitas, Tx organized by the Hidalgo County Health and Human Services department. We provided blood glucose monitoring, blood pressure readings, and interactive health activities with kids, their parents, and attendants.

We also hosted our free monthly health clinic last Saturday, offering primary care services, including a routine lab work up at Proyecto Desarrollo Humano community space in Peñitas, Tx.
