What an unforgettable day at Heritage Grove at Penn Hills! 🇺🇸🦘

We would like to extend a very special thank you to Serenity Hospice for sponsoring Living Treasures at Heritage Grove and helping make this Memorial Day celebration so meaningful and fun for our residents, families, and staff.

A heartfelt thank you to Tricia Jones, RN, Kate Palmieri, ED, Dave Wilcox, Chaplain, Chuim Strassman, Director of Operations, Matt Pumbaud, Owner of Living Treasures, and Nicole Cornish for bringing such joy and amazing memories to our community with all of the wonderful animal encounters and activities throughout the day. 🐍🦎

Special thanks as well to Donna for organizing this wonderful event, and to Melvin for preparing an incredible cookout with delicious burgers, hot dogs, homemade potato salad, ribs, and more enjoyed by everyone throughout the day! 🌭🍔

We also want to recognize Misha and Charita for assisting our residents and helping ensure everyone had a wonderful holiday celebration.

A special thank you to Shirley from Amedisys Hospice for helping make this event possible. Our residents, families, and staff absolutely loved the performance by Alan & The Sublimes Band.
