We’re excited to introduce Collective Minds: A Voice for Mental Wellness, a new free monthly newsletter created by three local therapists, Kim Stolow, DSW, LCSW, Jessica Levy, LCSW, and Tee Moschberger, LPC, with a shared passion for mental wellness, community connection, and practical self-care.
In each issue, we’ll be sharing approachable insights, tools, and reflections designed to support mental and emotional well-being. From managing stress and improving relationships to cultivating mindfulness and resilience, our goal is to bring our community guidance that feels both relevant and compassionate.
Upcoming newsletters will focus on topics such as how to choose a therapist that is right for you and what to expect from therapy, mental and behavioral wellness in the summertime and on vacations, healing and nurturing relationships, and a special back-to-school edition for parents and kids.
We believe mental health is for everyone, and this newsletter is our way of offering support beyond the therapy room. Whether you’re on a personal healing journey or simply curious about ways to nurture your well-being, there’s something here for you.
