Monday nights I teach yoga virtually (and sometimes in person) to youth groups in South Jersey for two hours. In between sessions I was waiting for the next group to sign on and I snapped this photo. A few minutes prior I was in my head wondering if I’m making a difference for the kids and asked God for a sign. I snapped the pic he sent me balloons. Message received 🎈🙏🏻☺️

“Sole Sisters”

Hi fiends,

A few weeks ago a group of my friends and myself decided we were going to start a walking group. The name of the group is “Sole Sisters” 👟

I have to admit it’s one of the highlights of my week because I’m not only checking off my physical self-care, but I’m also checking off my emotional self-care, my social self-care, and my spiritual self-care all in one! 🙌🏻

We meet when we can on the days and the times that work best for each us so there’s no pressure 😮‍💨

We walk and we talk, we laugh and we support one another. 👯‍♀️

I’m inviting you to do the same! Find a group of friends who want to lace up their sneakers and meet you a couple times a week. It will be good for your body and your soul!
