Hi parents 👋🏻

Are you looking for something for your little one to do on Saturday & Sunday mornings? Have them join me for my kids yoga classes “Learning to Exhale”.

As a former elementary school teacher I have seen first hand how incorporating yoga and mindfulness into a child’s life can assist them with social and emotional skills including self-regulation of their emotions.

When children learn to self-regulate their emotions they learn how to interact with others, build empathy, and work through frustrations and conflict.

Classes include yoga poses, song & dance, breath work, meditation, story time, and playtime.

I had the best time chatting with the TCNJ students yesterday during their Fall Wellness Expo. I love sharing ways for the students to calm their anxiety and stress during the school year. One of the students thanked me for the giveaways I had on my table as I told her to take anything she needed. She then smiled at me and said “I’ll take one of everything because it’s rough out there.” If you have a child in college text them today and remind them as Christopher Robin reminded Pooh “You are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think.” 🫶🏻

I’m excited to share an important update about how you’ll book your services with A Healthy and Happy You starting September 2025.

I’m transitioning from my current “book online” system to a more personalized “scheduling an appointment” approach for most of my services. This change will make it easier and more personal for you to arrange your self-care sessions, yoga classes, and coaching appointments.

You can reach me by phone call/text at 609-493-7599 or via email at chrissy@ahealthyandhappyyou.com to schedule your appointment.

This new booking process will apply to most of my offerings including adult yoga classes, reiki sessions, and personal coaching. However, kids yoga, special events, and pop-ups will continue with my current booking method. Most offerings are also now available virtually for your convenience. Join me 1:1 or in a group setting or book a private event.

I’m making this change to better serve you and create more meaningful connections. I believe that a more personalized booking approach aligns perfectly with my mission of empowering women through self-care, yoga, and wellness.
