This is a custom molded shoe with a deep heel cup on the PZ orthotic. in this case we are looking to provide as much padding as possible to help cushion the foot. We have use high PZ orthotic many times for many different conditions.

Eastern Pedorthics is a specialized foot and ankle care center located in Pennington N.J. For over 45 years we've been providing help to those in need of aid in regards to ambulation. Whether it's basic over-pronation or late-stage Charcot foot, no issue is beyond our capable hands. With 4 Credentialed Pedorthists on staff and a full-state-of- the-art lab on premises, professional and efficient care has always been our guarantee.

At Eastern Pedorthics every individual that walks through our door receives nothing less than our very best. We take pride in problem solving, and we're always up for the challenge no matter how great or small. With a wide range of footwear available in all widths and sizes, as well as OTC inserts and assorted foot-care products, affordable solutions are available for less complex problems. Our custom work ranges from properly placed padding, wedges and arch supports, molded shoes, gauntlet braces, accommodative inlays to aid in wound care, and semi-rigid orthotics. All custom-molded devices are fabricated in our on-site labs and by our very own staff of professionals. This old-world meets new-world approach allows for a while-you-wait adjustment, which has assured a success rate far beyond most expectations.

We accept most major health insurance plans with a written prescription. Appointments are highly recommended in such cases, but walk-ins are also welcome.

Whether it be simple shoe fit issues and or general foot fatigue and discomfort, our knowledgeable staff will get you back on your feet again!
