Over The Counter Anti-supination Orthotic 

This is our in-house made anti-supination orthotic. This orthotic has a long lateral post and a drop in the first ray.

Custom molded Boot Made In Pennington NJ

Just delivered a custom molded boot today. We used a firm oiled boot leather on this one and a heavy duty lug sole. By customers request no speed hooks but came out sharp with waxed boot laces.

From one small business to the next

I have taken several trips with Mike Salamon Guide Service and every trip was top notch. He is great for all levels of fishing, from first time to experienced. How to get max off loading of pressure on a wound.

In this case we started with an extra depth shoe and custom PZ orthotic. To maximize pressure relief to thee wound. We add a firm cloud EVA met bar to the orthotic. Marking the bottom of thee ortho we transferred the position of the cut out to the sole of thee shoe. Then removed the sole and cut through the midsole. Also we add a carbon bar to stiffing the soul and finished it off with a rocker sole.

We have used this technique  many times  through years with great success to heal wounds.
