Marie Green is dedicated to helping others heal from unresolved issues, recover from hurtful life experiences and find balance after significant life changes. Marie uses an eclectic and collaborative approach to therapy to help others increase awareness into their life challenges, break negative thinking patterns, resolve relationship issues, manage anger and stress, gain clarity of purpose, and confidence in their abilities to have a quality productive life. Marie’s primary focus is to help clients with increased self-awareness, self-esteem, self-confidence, and self-motivation. Marie has helped her clients find the balance after significant life changes, self- management in face of loss & stressful life transition, and recovery from such elusive events such as betrayal, abandonment, and abuse to finding purpose and regaining their lives in the face of adversity. Marie has more than twenty Years of experience working with adults, families, couples at various counseling and social services agencies, and with school-agers in the public school system. Marie has an exceptional capacity for listening and providing clients with accurate insight into their challenging life experiences. Marie uses compassion and care to provide clients with tools to bring about desired change and to gain new coping skills, as well as support as they face and turn their obstacles into possibilities for a better life.
