Ever since I moved to NJ, I hoped to bring together all of my gyn onc colleagues in the state to share ideas and collaborate as to how we can provide the best care to NJ women with gyn cancers. Last week, that dream came true. Thank you to all those who helped bring this idea to fruition with me especially Robin Cohen at the Sandy Rollman Ovarian Cancer Foundation and Drs. As the weather heats up, some important tips to keep in mind to stay healthy in the heat.

Throughout a heatwave ☀️ try to keep out of heat.
Here’s how:
🔹 Stay in the shade
🔹 Stay indoors during the hottest times of the day
🔹 Avoid strenuous activities
🔹 Do not leave children or animals in parked vehicles

And don't forget to drink plenty of water!
