Run or ride 45 miles in March (or 45 minutes a day) to promote new guidelines from the American College of Gastro supporting starting colon screening for all at 45 (same as American Cancer Society; USPSTF is currently updating their guidelines as well). If you are 45, check with your insurance company and make sure they will cover colon cancer screening.
