Happy National Pizza Day 🍕
Craving pizza? Here’s a healthy, compliant way to enjoy it while staying on track.
Preheat & Prepare Pan
Preheat your oven to 400 °F and line a baking sheet with high-heat parchment paper. Brush lightly with olive oil — this helps prevent sogginess.
Rice the Cauliflower
Place cauliflower florets in a food processor and pulse until it looks like rice, then set aside.
Mix Crust Ingredients
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano. Add the riced cauliflower and stir to combine.
Shape the Crust
Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and press it into a thin ~13-inch circle — try to make it even thickness so it cooks consistently.
Bake the Crust
Bake until the crust turns golden brown and firm (about ~30 minutes), and the edges lift easily from the pan.
Add Sauce & Toppings
Remove the crust, spread your pizza sauce on top, then sprinkle with cheese and any additional toppings — but avoid overloading so it stays crispy.
Bake Again
Return the pizza to the oven and bake another 5–7 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the edges are nicely browned.
Slice & Serve
Slice into triangles and enjoy your cauliflower pizza!
