February Highlights from Cherry Hill Office:

We are thrilled to honor Lakia, our Certified Home Health Aide, for her exceptional dedication and compassionate care over the years at Countrywide.

Since joining us at the outset, Lakia has made a profound impact on her clients, most notably with one client who was bedbound and required three shifts a day for seven weeks. Throughout this time, Lakia not only provided essential support but also formed a strong bond with the client. Her unwavering commitment was evident even in the client’s final days, where Lakia continued to offer remarkable support to the family during this difficult time.

Recently, Lakia joined our president, Anna Adler, for a meet and greet with a new client who is just 24 years old and living with ALS. Understandably nervous about welcoming a new aide, the client was instantly put at ease by Lakia’s calm demeanor and genuine warmth. Her grace and compassion made it easy for the client to embrace her into their home.

Congratulations, Lakia! Your hard work and dedication do not go unnoticed, and we are incredibly grateful for everything you do. Keep shining! 🌟
